Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage is another way of keeping information in your browser. The rules on storing or accessing information on your device can apply to both, as well as to information read by scripts.
Website and enquiry security
We use Cloudflare to host and protect this website, and Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish genuine visitors from automated submissions. On pages containing an enquiry form, Turnstile loads when the enquiry service is enabled. It runs browser checks and processes technical signals, including IP address, browser and connection information, the site key and associated website origin. A successful check supplies a short-lived token that our server validates before accepting an enquiry. The token is not itself a cookie.
Cloudflare processes signals on our behalf to protect our website and also as a controller to improve its bot-detection capabilities. Its Turnstile Privacy Addendum explains these purposes and roles. We do not use Turnstile for advertising or audience measurement.

The checked Managed Turnstile configuration has pre-clearance switched off. It is not configured to issue a cf_clearance pre-clearance cookie. Our public website application does not set its own cookies or use its own local or session storage for enquiry details or preferences. No advertising or audience-analytics integration is included in this release.
These statements describe the configured website and security integration. Your browser, extensions and other websites may maintain their own data.
Purpose and your choices
We use the described technology to protect the enquiry service against automated abuse. Our launch assessment treats that limited security use as necessary for the service. We do not use an enquiry’s optional email-marketing checkbox as permission for browser storage or tracking. If we introduce an optional technology that requires consent, it will remain off until the required choice is available and you choose to allow it.
You can block scripts or cookies and clear browser site data through your browser settings. Clearing Ravenscourt’s data alone may not clear Cloudflare’s separate storage area; your browser may provide controls for third-party or embedded-site data. Other websites and updates
Following a link to Sciopay or another external service takes you to a separate website with its own privacy and cookie information. This notice does not describe those websites’ technologies. We will update this notice if our website’s use of storage or access technologies changes.
