Separate Accounts

Relevant funds are held separately from Sciopay’s operational bank accounts in reputable banks.

Regulatory Safeguards

Safeguarding arrangements are subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Safeguarding keeps relevant customer funds separate from Sciopay’s own operational funds. The treatment and return of funds if Sciopay becomes insolvent would be subject to applicable legal procedures.

Ravenscourt Currencies Limited acts as a business introducer. Foreign exchange and payment services, including the safeguarding of relevant customer funds, are provided solely by Sciopay Ltd.

Safeguarding is not the same as protection under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), and the treatment and return of funds in an insolvency would be subject to applicable legal procedures.
